冬天在东北,家家户户都会吃热乎乎的东北酸菜白片肉炖粉条。暖暖和和的,真舒服。在亚洲店看到有卖的东北酸菜的,就买了一袋回家解解馋。亚洲店还有带皮的五花肉,正好可以做东北酸菜白片肉了。软糯的白片肉沾着调好的蒜泥酱,真是好吃。遗憾的是没有买韭菜花,白片肉伴着韭菜花,那滋味。。。
Ingredients:
500 g pork belly with skin – 500克带皮的五花肉
1 bag Northeast pickled cabbage – 1袋东北酸菜
8 Dry mushroom – 8个香菇
1 small handful daylily – 1小把黄花菜
1 small handful of dried shrimps – 1小把海米
1 bunch of mung bean vermicelli – 1把粉丝
a few slices of ginger – 几片生姜片
3 scallion – 3 根葱
